Cameron M. Throneberry

Associate

Attorney Cameron M. Throneberry is an associate at SWMW Law. He joined the firm in 2024, focusing his practice on helping individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.

A team member in the firm’s Asbestos Practice, Cameron works in case development and management, working on case investigations, depositions, motions, and more.

Before joining the firm, Cameron worked in asbestos litigation for a national plaintiff’s firm both as a clerk and then as an attorney.

Cameron thrives in the fast-paced world of litigation and realizes the importance of tailoring his approach to a case based on each client’s unique situation.

“I am meticulous and detail-oriented when it comes to reviewing the records that deal with my clients’ cases and take great care to listen to them in order to fully understand everything they’ve experienced,” he said. “I am inspired by this type of work and take great pride in helping those who were harmed through no fault of their own. Securing justice and stability for my clients and their families is something that inspires me on a daily basis.”

Knowing how daunting and challenging it can be to navigate the legal landscape, Cameron puts a high priority on ensuring his clients feel heard and confident in working with him as their partner throughout the process.

“I strive to make clients feel heard and comforted because I genuinely care about them,” he said. “I’ve also been a successful advocate throughout my career, and clients can be confident that I’ll do my best to make sure the companies that have harmed them will be held accountable.”
