The conference will feature two days of panels and presentations involving thought leaders from all perspectives and constituencies in asbestos litigation. Participants will include prominent plaintiff and defense attorneys, judges, in-house counsel, insurance professionals, risk managers, and scientific and medical experts.
Brockland is a featured panelist in the “Personal Jurisdiction and Legislative Updates” discussion on Wednesday, March 13. The panel will discuss and analyze the effects of the Mallory Decision.
The event not only provides educational and networking opportunities, but also provides Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to attendees.
Brockland is one of the firm’s most experienced attorneys who handles all aspects of discovery and trial work for asbestos claims, as well as the firm’s business litigation cases. He was named a Super Lawyer for Missouri/Kansas in 2023, was named an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Missouri Lawyers Media in 2010, and was the recipient of the National Order of the Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing in 2008. He graduated cum laude with his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
