SWMW Law, one of the top law firms in the country focusing on plaintiffs’ asbestos, consumer and product liability litigation, is proud to announce Member Lauren Williams will be a featured speaker at the Women En Mass conference Oct. 2-5.
Now in its 10th year, Women en Mass brings together the best and brightest female mass tort attorneys to discuss issues that affect women from the boardroom to the courtroom and focuses on issues relevant to women in the legal profession.
Williams will lead a panel discussion on Monday, Oct. 3, which will examine the following:
- Multitasking a client’s needs throughout the representation, including several subtopics:
- Co-counsel arrangements
- Dual injuries
- Causation
- Communication
- Ethical considerations
Women En Mass not only provides educational and networking opportunities but also provides Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to attendees.
Williams’ participation at Women En Mass marks the second time this year she has been invited to speak as an authority on a subject. Earlier this summer, she participated in a panel discussion on “Emerging Challenges Litigating Asbestos Lung Cancer Cases” at Perrin Conferences’ National Asbestos Litigation Conference in Charleston, S.C.
