Dolly Suresh

Attorney Dolly Suresh is an associate at SWMW Law. She joined the firm in 2025, focusing her practice on helping individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.

In her role at SWMW Law, Dolly works alongside other team members to secure recoveries from companies that have petitioned for bankruptcy and are known to have manufactured, supplied, and distributed asbestos-containing products.

Prior to joining SWMW Law, Dolly worked as an attorney in both medical malpractice defense and plaintiffs’ personal injury.

Dolly’s desire to be an attorney is rooted in her personal experience as an immigrant.

“I am an immigrant from India and witnessed firsthand how convoluted and complicated some of the processes in our country are,” she said. “I wanted to be part of a profession that gives people access to resources they otherwise would not have been able to understand or receive.”

Throughout her legal career, Dolly has cultivated a keen understanding of the law and a true appreciation for what it takes to provide clients with the best representation possible. With an eye for detail and a passion for helping others, she excels in the fast-paced world of asbestos work and emphasizes the importance of tailoring her approach to a case based on each client’s unique situation.

“Each client comes to us with a unique story and it’s important that I take the time to really hear those stories and develop a deep understanding of everything they’ve gone through,” she said. “The trust they place in me is something I don’t take lightly – I am inspired by their perseverance and truly honored to be in a position where I can secure the justice, peace of mind, and financial stability they deserve.”

Outside of the firm, Dolly is a proud owner of two cats, Clove and Juice.
