Luke Dalton, Senior Counsel
Luke is a skilled litigator who works to bring justice to clients on our asbestos discovery and trial team. He is proud to represent plaintiffs in lawsuits involving asbestos/mesothelioma, personal injury, and wrongful death. He particularly enjoys fighting for clients in the courtroom, as well as any opportunity to research, prepare and argue motions and appellate briefs. He prides himself on providing first class service to each client and has been successful in all stages of litigation from discovery and motion practice, to settlement, arbitration, mediation and trial.
Luke has extensive litigation experience in defending medical malpractice cases in St. Clair and Madison Counties (Illinois). This background helps him to understand the medical and other complex issues in asbestos and other personal injury cases.
For over 10 years as a civil defense attorney, Luke sat across the table from some of the best plaintiff’s lawyers, where he gained a wealth of knowledge. His desire to switch sides to represent injured plaintiffs comes from his upbringing in a working class family. He wanted to provide strong legal help to people who went to work every day and became sick or injured just doing their jobs.
Luke is an Illinois native who now lives in St. Louis, MO. He lives in South St. Louis with his wife and daughters.
